Prior to my being employed by FFW the Marketing Department were outsourcing design work to agencies at a prohibitive cost. The company wished to employ a designer who could produce design work “in-house” of such a quality there would be no need for expensive agency costs. Since joining I have put together a successful business case to employ a junior designer and expand the areas design is responsible for, which has had a positive impact on the quality of marketing materials.

I managed the design work globally across the niche markets such as health, public services, telecommunications, defence, aerospace and RTO while also providing quality design work for our external clients. I was also responsible for development and management of the Junior Designer.
