      Working with a partner within the catering and hospitality industry, we managed to turnaround the fortune of a small business by rebranding and repositioning the business and successfully doubling its annual turnover. My responsibilities included:
      • Design and implementation of the company corporate identity and branding including logo and signage.
      • Design and production of all electronic templates and documentation including quality procedures and printed material.
      • Managing budgets, finances and book-keeping.
      • Applying my relationship skills to gain and retain repeat business from clients such as Adobe, BA, Lufthansa and Activision.
      • Management of four staff members to ensure all food products were made to the highest standard, delivered on time, premises kept clean and the correct food and hygiene requirements adhered to.
