I'm My duties are prequalifying of leads, managing CRM and property portals and making creatives for social media. For Prequalifying leads I do inbound and outbound calls to confirm inquiry and gather lead's details. For CRM management I add and upload lead data, I make sure system is cleaned and all the leads are assigned and attended. I also extract files on the system to make reports. I handled Secondary Listings where I assist agents with the requirements like Form A and NOC and I managed portals like Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle adding the listing and making sure everything is up to date. I also received inquiries through calls, text and emails for interested clients which I forward to the concerned agents. For Marketing I make ads which are used for social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. I also do Newsletters and other creative materials as needed, I also do administrative and reception task like managing documents and answering reception calls.
