Star Wars: Jumbo Kenner Figures - Digital Scanning, Remaster and Art Direction
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back - Jumbo Kenner Darth Vader Figure and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Lando Calrissian General Pilot Jumbo by Gentle Giant - Digital Scanning, Digital Sculpt and Art Direction.
For these projects, I scanned vintage figures to be digitally remastered for the 12" Jumbo version.
These was scanned on a High Resolution Breuckmann OptoTop-HE Object Scanner.
The raw data was then given to a sculptor on my team to remaster in which I was art director and oversaw the progression and made accuracy critiques.
We also created a full remastered POTF coin for the Lando Figure. This was also scanned from an original and remastered in Zbrush.
