About
As an experienced graphic designer with over 10 years in the industry I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects for a broad range of national brands, from package and product design, print and web advertising, to point of purchase displays, trade show booths, vehicle wraps, 3D modeling and technical illustration. I also have experience heading up a team of graphic designers and managing the flow of projects through a busy creative department.
I thrive on the challenge of working within existing brand standards while still creating fresh and exciting design, and I’m passionate about using the language of design to not only communicate important information to the consumer, but also to strengthen and enhance the brand message. -

Senior Packaging & Graphic DesignerIovate Health SciencesMay 2014 - May 2026 (12 years)Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, creating packaging and labels for a best-in-class Sports Nutrition and Health & Wellness company. Duties included:
• Design and layout of packaging and point of purchase displays. Formats included pressure-sensitive labels, shrinksleeves, cartons, bags/pouches, tetras, beverage cans
• Pre-press and production duties, including preparing files to be printed with a wide range of finishes (e.g. metallics, holographic, spot varnishes, thermochromic, embossing)
• Acting as liaison with external printers to optimize our file build to their specifications and attending on-site press approvals to ensure quality standards were met
• Managing project workflows across several brands/regions using multiple project tracking platforms (e.g. Mox, SmartSheet)
• Ensuring design language/brand consistency across extensive, international portfolios
• Working closely with Regulatory and R&D departments to ensure that all Supplement and Nutrition Facts panels were in compliance with the relevant local regulations

Responsible for launching all Canadian packaging for a variety of kitchen appliance brands. Duties included:
• Managing the workflow of projects through the Creative Department
• Designing packaging, instruction manuals, point of purchase displays, trade show booth graphics, banners, signage, print and web ads, catalogues, brochures, posters, presentation graphics, 3D renderings of packages and point of purchase displays
