Welcome to my portfolio

I'm a 40 year old photo enthusiast for many years, born in south corea, grew up in Berne and now living in the beautiful region Thurgau, Switzerland.

I started shooting pictures back in the filmdays with a heavy Nikon F5 and Hasselblad 500 along others and at that time I never really liked digital photography since quality was so poor. The past few years brought out a few developements in hard- and software so things changed and since spring 2015 I'm the owner of a Nikon D300 which is now a steady companion on my journeys.

Since my favourite subjects are sunsets and landscapes in general, I started to get into HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography. One of the most inspiring things new technologies in cameras offer these days are night photography which made me rethink about digital photography. I'm currently learning all the post processing tools to take my photography to new levels. Constant progression is the main driving aspect for me in photography anyways....
