Medical services and retail fast track roll out for national veterinary client. Key person responsible for quality control of design team documents and permitting for over 50 hospitals in 18 states, Design team responsibilities included drafting, space planning, consultant coordination, seamless design team coordination for specialty engineered ventilation systems, site verification record drawings, and some travel,. Project management includes whole team deliverables management using smartsheet while self managing of my own complete projects. Space planning included detailed FF&E layouts. Helped team transition from AutoCAD to Revit deliverables. Key person to communicate timelines with corporate retail acquisition teams via phone calls and emails. Coordinate directly with shell architects and commercial retail property managers. Conduct ADA site assessment studies. Attend design review and conditional use permit meetings and hearings. Prepare COMCheck and Title 24 studies. Experience submitting and tracking permit status while responding to plan review comments in various counties and jurisdictions including WA, OR, CA, CO, AZ, TX, MA, CT, NJ, NY, LA, and FL.

Participate in early stages of design, including site analysis, code research, and concept development. Develop presentation materials and prepare permit and construction drawings. Work closely with consultants to coordinate and review work. Assist in the permitting process . Engage with clients and partake in project meetings. Participate in construction administration.
