Fuddruckers
Successfully lead the development, design and implementation of all marketing campaigns
from start to finish promoting the Fuddruckers brand, catering initiatives, and corporate/franchise restaurant sales for 200+ restaurants across the country and into Canada and Puerto Rico. This included multimedia, advertising and print collateral, menus, web maintenance, indoor and outdoor signage, photography and more. Coordinated all photography, including taking the photos and scheduling freelance food stylist. Promoted to lead the design team after a year. Hired and supervised a team of two in-house designers. Developed and maintained $1 million plus marketing department budget and ensured accurate accounting of accruals and distributions for corporate and franchise marketing account funds.
