Led a complete branding revamp on all marketing collateral and multiple advertising and marketing campaigns, including several video series, while maintaining the brand in a modern, consistent style.
Designed and developed corporate website: www.chinainstitute.org and maintained the website on a daily basis including arts & cultural events, gallery exhibitions, adult language classes, kid and teens classes, business events, educator PD workshops, media coverage, press releases, and membership levels. Develop an eCommerce section to sell events, classes, catalogs, tote bags, and gifts. Added interactive calendar events, history timeline, and events recap video channel. Set up SEO keywords on each web page to drive organic search traffic, and use the Google Analytics tool to keep track of page reviews, click-throughs, and referral traffic.
Initiated a subscription form on the website to convert organic traffic to traffic we control, and brought more than 5 thousand new subscribers in 3 years to the email mailing list. Draft and send a weekly promotion email newsletter and monthly eNews, organize segments in the Constant Contact system, and make improvements to content, subject lines, and visuals to increase open rate and conversion rate. Successfully supported the education and fundraising department to achieve the best outcome, and doubled the enrollment and registration numbers each fiscal quarter.
Work closely with the fundraising events team to draft email invitations, brochures, membership envelopes, podium signs, presentations, landing pages, and annual appeals for major fundraising events including the Blue Cloud gala, fashion gala, spring luncheon, and New Year gala.

Supported admission department in recruiting new students, and created large-scale posters and x-racks exhibited in entrances experiencing heavy traffic, such as New World Shopping Mall and Resorts World Casino, as well as outdoor bus shelter ads and subway ads located in high commuter traffic stations.
