About
I grew up surrounded by modern architecture, art, and design. Fascinated by the effect form and material can have on perception, I have always had an interest in pushing the boundaries of materials and exploring unconventional methods. As a designer I explore simplicity in function and aesthetic by combining an understanding of user needs and engineering restrictions. I've made a point of cultivating as many skill-sets as possible, including machining, wood-working, front-end development, CAD/CAM, and traditional VISCOM. This combination of skills helps enrich my work, and provide a more intimate understanding of how I can design an object and experience in the most compelling and efficient manner.

I work directly with clients to arrange projects and execute designs with a team of experienced designers and engineers. We handle a wide variety of projects from next-generation first-responder equipment and rescue tools to medical devices and laboratory instruments.

One of the products I worked on, gita, has won the Red Dot "Best of the Best" and MUSE Design Awards.

I worked with the designers and engineers in designing and fabricating prototype robots. We made extensive use of rapid-prototyping, casting, composites, and parametric modelling in the development process.
