Works remotely with clients that need but not limited to: apparel fashion sketches, apparel tech packs, Ebooks, lookbooks and annual reports.

Responsible for total garment development and sale. Set up development tech packs for Children's and Infant Outerwear, woven, knit, swimwear and denim team divisions. Fits samples with designers weekly. Communicates with factories (India, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Hong Kong) via PLM (and PDM) to advise all corrections prior to production. Shows pattern corrections and clear illustrations for easy translation. Updates daily WIP reports and production charts. Solely responsible for all factory outlets in Children's wear - young men, WIP and production. Also assisted the Director of Technical Design for RL Men's Denim division.

Established partnerships with suppliers and vendors overseas. Worked alongside department leads to develop and implement procedures. Helped drive performance improvements and reallocating departments' direction. Responsible for WIP reports as well as communicating with factories overseas and keeping to costing budgets. Worked closely with the VP of Sourcing to ensure timelines are met and production lines are running on time.

Specializes in Macy's accounts for Missy, Junior & special sizes. Responsible for technical sketches of apparel. Specs and evaluate proto samples for fit and construction for in house evaluation. Executed fit comments in a timely manner to factories overseas and domestically. Schedule fittings with fit models and communicate with production teams and sales teams to maximize productivity of fittings prior to submission to Macy's. Organized teams work schedules to keep to timelines. Worked closely with production managers and VP of Sourcing. Helped with designing Style & Co women's apparel and other inhouse brands.

Helped design and execute garments that were featured in top celebrity publications such as People Magazine & US Weekly. Uses knowledge of fabrics, sewing skills and ability to alter garments to draft a pattern that replicates our design concept. Evaluated and resolved technical feasibility, design optimization, and any production issues.

Worked directly with the lead designer. Helped to build and execute costumes that were created for celebrity clientele.
