Zero-Torque kettle

The Zero-Torque kettle is a safer and easier to use electric kettle. This design eliminates the rotational strain on the user’s wrist which occurs in standard kettles.
The common kettle weighs only about two kilograms when Full, but the fact that it has a handle on its side means that there is a horizontal distance between the user’s palm and the centre of gravity of the appliance. The weight coupled with the horizontal distance causes an uncomfortable twisting sensation to the user’s wrist. In kettles with a handle on top the same problem arises when pouring, and in addition filling them is usually a cumbersome operation due to the handle’s location.
