    • Senior Marketing Art Director
      Wizards of the Coast, LLC./Hasbro Inc.
      Jan 2006 - Jul 2015 (9 years 6 months)
      Responsible for developing, executing, implementing, and maintaining Marketing Campaigns and all related visual assets to ensure consistent branding, and a high quality execution within the Brand’s business goals.
      Manage a pool of freelancers, contractors, and external vendors to produce videos, advertising, collateral materials, creative platforms and other marketing materials.
      Work closely with the Creative Director and Brand Teams to manage budget, coordinate resources, define project-specific and workflow-specific dependencies, as well as identify and recommend critical milestones per project type.

      • Developed successful traditional and interactive marketing campaigns for the Hasbro game Magic: The Gathering,

      • Concepted, client-side director, and produced a trailer that became the cornerstone of an acquisition campaign resulting
      in a 100% increase in new players and changed the way Wizards brings their card expansions to market to this day.
      • Responsible for client-side directing and producing a series of learn-to-play videos exceeding 5 million views.
      • Introduced a new 2.5D technique to animate static paintings, increasing visits by 150% to Magic: The Gathering web page and saving the company $100K over cell animation that was currently being used.

      A portion of this time I managed eight in-house designers as a Studio Lead. In charge of the development of the vast majority of the visual marketing efforts at Wizards.
      After a company restructuring to a mostly outsourcing business model and moving departments, I managed a pool of freelancers, contractors, and external vendors to produce advertising, b2b collateral materials, creative platforms and other marketing materials.
      Work closely with the Marketing Director and Brand Teams to manage budget, coordinate resources, define project-specific and workflow-specific dependencies.

      Developed, and executed marketing campaigns for the Dungeons & Dragons brand. Was fortunate to work with world class artists on staff in the beautiful town of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
      Collaborated with artists, photographers, marketing copywriters and the Advertising Director to design and produce print advertising and other marketing collateral.
