The MJF printed nylon part has been working for several years just as well as the original part.
The bunk bed setup we got for the girls came with woefully inadequate hooks. Using Fusion 360, I redesigned them to be much stronger.
Several versions were developed before the proper fit was achieved.
Fusion360's sheet metal mode was perfect for this project.
