Responsible for design development of all new product categories proposed to Wal-Mart and other major retailers. Directed all creative, production, and project workflow; while managing a creative team of designers and external agencies across packaging, POP, advertising, and digital design.

Responsible for driving a better customer experience across Dell’s packaging by setting brand standards, modifying structural designs, and redesigning the packaging graphic requirements for all consumer products... while building Dell's first package design team.
* Received Dell VP Award for outstanding performance by designing and implementing Dell’s first Retail packaging line for Wal-Mart US stores… within 4 days.

Responsible for development, workflow and art direction to our in-house packaging team.
* Received Colgate Star Award for cultivating from inception an In-house design team of 6 Package designers contributing to sales of over $6oo million globally by reducing Agency costs by 75%.
