Ronald Paredes is a Venezuelan graphic designer with 18 years of experience in art direction, creative direction, brand development and a solid professional background in advertising, marketing and visual communication.

With a strong sense of ethics and social responsibility he has developed a career balancing commercial work for clients while making time to create work pro bono for not for profit organisations, charities and cultural and educational events, mostly in Nanjing, China.

Co-founder and creative director of Cinderhouse Creative, a creative agency focused on corporate social responsibility; VOZ Labs, a laboratory/studio dedicated to develop unconventional communication and marketing strategies; and Domogo a social oriented real state agency.

Currently Ronald is working on a personal project doing research and writing about ethics, responsibility and best practices in visual communication and graphic design and how this skills can be effectively used on social oriented projects. In his very occasional and short spare time he writes and illustrates children books for his 4 years old son.
