Communicate on a daily basis with our factories in China and Vietnam for glove development and packaging development.
Communicate on a daily basis with our fabric suppliers in China and Taiwan to complete fabric development and make sure there is timely delivery for production.
Perfect the fit of the glove by using my patterning, sewing and communication skills.
Support my team in anyway they require, including design, patterning, putting together specs and colorways.
Reworking existing artwork so it better fits the glove scale.
Designing all quilting patterns

Took verbal directions and applied concepts to existing artwork. Scanned images using Photoshop.
Applied given color palates to scanned image using Photoshop. Made digital artwork from camera pictures and scans for employer’s portfolio and contracted clients to use for clothing design.
Assisted owner’s in purchasing fabric artwork by studying trends and established clients.
Attended textile shows and assisted owners in selling created products to prospective clients in the fabric industry.
Answered phones, maintained records of artwork and licensing. Worked as a team member and independently. Supervised projects and insured quality of end products to be submitted to supervisor for approval of use.
