• Women's Apparel Merchandiser / Product Manager for Masseys
• Mentor and train all designers and interns on creating prints/patterns and flat sketches
• Analyze sales and develop product assortment
• Manage product development styles from concept to final product
• Help streamline the design and product development process and actively identify improvements
• Work cross functionally with multiple departments and divisions and lead meetings
• Work with branded, private label, and direct import vendors and strengthen vendor relations
• Work with Sourcing department on fit and costs
• NY & Atlanta travel for trend analysis, vendor meetings, and photo shoots
• Develop color palette and merchandise color/print assortment
• Paginate catalog spreads based on theme, price point, and/or colors
• Present final spreads, concept, and apparel to upper management, graphics, and creative agency
• Style all apparel for photo shoot and attend photo shoots
• Approve all spreads and final photo shoot images
• Color/Creative/Fabric approvals

• Creative/Textile designer for boys, girls, men’s, ladies’, and home
• NY and LA travel for trend analysis
• Trend research (graphic, color, silhouette, fabric, trims, etc.)
• Develop and/or assist in developing seasonal color palettes
• Develop color assortment and print/pattern direction
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure products meet standards and delivery
• Color/Creative approvals
• Train new designers
