Project Brief: Interior architecture, FF&E design and specifications of a 4-bedroom apartment as per specific requirements of a customer, a family man with a wife, two children and old parents. Important requirements of the customer included relocating the dining area to abut the terrace garden and increasing the size of the home-office.

The Entrance Lobby

The lower level of the apartment houses the main entrance, living and dining areas, kitchen, utility, servant’s room, two bedrooms and a large terrace garden, while the upper level houses a large seating area, two bedrooms and a home office. In a multi-storeyed apartment building with vertically stacked building services, relocation of air-conditioning, plumbing and cooking-gas lines posed the biggest challenges, and were resolved with the assistance and after approval of the project services consultant. Water supply and drainage lines from the existing powder room were used for the relocated kitchen.
