1. Development of development of a new in-house home furniture & furnishings brand, including interior and FF&E design of the flagship-store/experience-centre, web-application content, wireframe development (UI and UX design), and prototype design for e-commerce portal for purchase of furniture and furnishings items.
2. Conducted meetings and workshops for requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis and business process design and modeling for a new in-house home furniture and furnishing brand (B2C business).
3. Developed processes and template documents for vendor management including vendor identification, vendor prequalification, product and service contracts, and vendor on-boarding.
4. Developed standardized excel report structures for the management of the furniture and furnishings product catalogs for the company. Used advanced functions like VLOOKUP, MATCH and Pivot Tables.
5. Held consultative and data gathering workshops held with in-house products and services teams and external business organization and SAP teams for the development of a new inventory structure and SAP compliance.
6. Held requirements engineering, stakeholder analysis and co-design workshops with in-house products, services, and projects teams for the development of a web-based home-design application.
7. Furniture and Interior design for cost reduction, efficient manufacturing and improving transparency in billing to customers.
8. Instructional design and delivery (introduction to the department and processes) for fresh-recruits and employees at remote locations.
