Working with user experience for a few years, I participated in various types of projects always focused on the best end user experience. On the one hand we have the customer, the product and the goal, on the other we have human beings with desires, needs and expectations. Equalizing this equation and satisfying both parties seems simple, but many companies waste time and money because they are wrong in organizing the user's journey and goals. -
