As a human centered designer researched user experience with Freshfit, a portable in-home toilet in the urban slums of Kenya. Methods like card sort, journey map were used to generate insights.

Interfaced with plastic molding vendors of Freshfit to improve manufacturing quality. Six sigma methods like value stream mapping, DOE (Design of experiments) & control plans were used.

Conceptualized the design of an upper arm prosthetic for the under served population by researching with prosthetists and medical institutions in Kenya. The final concept involved 3D scanning and 3D printing an arm under 100$

Analyzing quantitative and qualitative customer feedback from field and performing root cause analysis for resolution.

Interfaced with designers, vendors and internal stakeholders to reduce suspension and steering component failures by 80% of flagship models.
