Taken over all the creative design projects from Japan Gap creative team which includes Store window/ Promotion/ In-store signage, After joined Gap Inc. in one month that Created the Everyday pride sign for mainland and Hong Kong stores, increased the sale volume 30%.
After joined Gap in half year, have been meeting and worked with Japan & San Francisco creative team on April & July, Created the special window exhibition and Promotion for local China & Hong Kong market, Dragon Boat festival promotion creative from window to in-store signage, increased sale volume 40%.
- 2010 Jul. – At IKEA. Press launch in 2010 EXPO
Worked together with IKEA National team in Swedish pavilion in Shanghai EXPO. Responsible the 2010 New catalogue Press launch, Worked with national marketing and sales team, communicated both with supplier and Interior designer team to built a showroom that present the 2010 New products to 120 medias who comes from whole China.

Produced efficient working environments, during the ShenYang store build-up project, only lead half human resource which were 5 designers and 6 suppliers in the shortest build-up timeline in IKEA China expansion history. Finally delivered the good result in which was built the biggest store in Asia. Not only achieved the expansion goal but also saved 20% material cost in whole project.

“Sleeping revolution” Road show, A Responsible for the whole activities design, before this activity, Shenzhen Bedroom store share was -1% than China AVG, and after that store share was over 1% than China avg. in Oct, Nov. and Dec. And after this activity, SZ mattress index to goal was 113/124/109/128, Made the bedroom store share be the No.1 in the national, increase the sale volume 60%.
