As a Graphic Designer at Adventure Ready Brands, I was responsible for bringing our brands to life across various platforms, from packaging to digital advertising. With a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and efficient execution, I led design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with Brand Management. I maintained digital assets, handled product photography, and ensured compliance with labeling regulations. Additionally, I provided support for marketing projects, from preparing presentations to managing print vendors. Beyond design, I played a pivotal role in building a Project Management effort to transition manual Project Development to a cloud-based workflow system, vastly improving our speed to market. It was a dynamic role where every day presented new opportunities for creativity and impact on our brand's success.

As the sole in-house designer for Kayem Foods, I managed and coordinated all graphic design projects from concept to completion for the entire brand portfolio. This included fast-paced design services such as product packaging, in-store promotions, print advertisements, event materials, website graphics, and corporate branding.
Additionally, I led a company-wide Project Management effort to transition manual Project Development to a cloud-based workflow system, significantly improving our speed to market. Responsibilities included developing and maintaining project schedules, assigning tasks to project teams, providing project management support across departments, maintaining the corporate graphic library, managing print sources, and directing photo shoots.

As the Art Manager for the NECCO portfolio, I oversaw the creation and production of all packaging design and marketing tools, including product development, e-marketing, licensing strategies, trade shows, and event planning.
Responsibilities included leading award-winning product and packaging campaigns, overseeing licensed products, managing multiple design agencies, maintaining relationships with packaging vendors, and achieving multiple promotions for outstanding performance.

Responsibilities included: designing unique and eye-catching layouts for numerous clients; communicating effectively with clients, sales managers and ad service representatives; all while consistently meeting tight daily printing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
