I am a professional product designer with a master’s degree in design management. In the design field, I have had the opportunity to be involved in processes like new product development, user research, conceptualization and idea prototyping. I have been able to apply my knowledge in the areas of materials and production techniques as well as the use of creative tools for new strategy planning and development. I also have working experience in the fields of digital marketing and customer service, allowing me to broaden my professional scope and organizational, operational and managerial skills. I have been involved in the development of operational manuals, institutional project management and public tender offers.
