I am an architect with an 15 year experience in Architectural and Interior Design and Construction. My specialization lies in the following fields:

• Architectural Drawings – architectural drawings, shop drawings, corporate identity design, photographic and architectural surveys, technical equipment and machinery surveying, estimates of quantities, bills of quantities, as built drawings, 3D drawings and 3D photorealistic displays.

• Project Management and Supervision of construction works – On site project manager, coordination of architects in charge of shop drawings, (architectural, structural and E/M) and financial advisors, compilation of master project schedules and revision thereof, in charge of site security and organization, ordering and receiving materials, supervision and execution of works including management of changes and costing, coordination and management of sub-contractors, costing of supplementary non-contractual works and briefing the client, monitoring and approval of B.O.Q.’s, accounts and certifications, final project report.

• Procurement: - market research, evaluating sub-contractors’ offers, search and evaluation of sub-contractors and suppliers, drafting of final offer for client.
