-Review, analyze and support the projects led by the Planning Department.
-Offer technical knowledge and aesthetically solutions to ensure projects are designed to meet health and safety
concerns as well as social and cultural needs.
-Coordinate architectural drawings with the work of consulting engineers
-Conceptualize and develop design concepts and cost estimates.
-Supervise contractor's performance, investigate and resolve any issues to ensure the job is being performed as specified.
-Support good policies on project delivery, quality control, and safety.

-Develop design solutions within schedule, estimated budget and quality requirements in line with the company´s corporate image standards and the internal client's expectations.
-Provide an exceptional customer focused service.
-Project Management including construction costs and schedule. (MSProject)
-Contractors Coordination and Construction Site Supervision
-Adapt construction documents to circumstances and resolve any related problems that may arise during construction.
-Responsible to demonstrate a passion for excellence in design and project delivery on time, within budget, and with the desired quality.

-Review and interpret the terms of the project, plans and specifications according to the information provided by the Commercial Department, in order to plan and implement the management program.
-Development of detailed engineering and project management according to the technical specifications and standards set for Colombia [ RETIE - NTC2050 , ANSI / TIA]
-Provide an exceptional customer focused service.
-Establish working groups, assign activities and communicate the responsibilities, authorities and project schedule making sure all crew members clearly understand their respective role as part of a team.
-Ensure that the required Health, Safety and Environmental policies are adhered to.
-Supervise the installation of the Structured and Electrical Cabling System during all phases of the project and ensure quality control testing is completed and accurate to the project specifications.
-Adapt construction documents to circumstances and resolve any related problems that may arise during construction.
-Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired quality.

Weekly reports, Quantity take-off, Contractors coordination and supervision, Update of construction documents, Furniture Design (doors - closets - wc furniture).

Update of construction documents, Model Construction, Renders and Collages for the project promotion.
