Responsibilities includes: * Coordinates with design consultants for the approval of Product Data and Methodology with Subcontractors and Designers * Give updates to Quality Surveyor Department, Quantity Surveyor Department and Operation Group * Responsible for Data Security, Routing and Issuance of Plans * Represents in behalf of TSD Supervisor * Validate and lead clash analysis reporting from BIM and site condition * Review and ensure all shop drawings are based on updated plans, issued Construction Bulletins and properly coordinated with multi-desciplines prior to consultants approval * Monitors and Coordinates with Architect/Engineer of Record approval of submittals of issues and concerns. * Calibrate model based on recent developments within the project, includes but not limited to design update and/or as per site condition * Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company's QEHSMS Manual PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY BIM Modeler
