- Responsible for all online/offline marketing design, ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product, ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product.
- Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact the business.
- Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts, presentations, and prototypes to life. Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns.
- Leads, motivates and develops the design team.
- Supervise vendors and production parties such as photographers, print production… to work on projects.

- Responsible for all online/offline marketing design (logos, brochures, posters, cards,..), packaging design & product images for Color Man Food (Color Man Coffee & Choco, Color Man Foodmart, Color Man Bread...)
- Oversee designers & manage the division working process to ensure internal team follow compliantly and properly.
- Support creative team colleagues in their own project management by helping them choose design style, graphics, images and other visual elements.

- Ideate, create, execute digital & social content, print design.
- Works with the Lead Designer to determine the scope of a project.
- Collaborate with designers, departments and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).
- Work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline.

- Brainstorm, generate ideas & develop concept for the project.
- Create visual content for various print and digital materials such as websites, brochures, posters, packaging, etc. that aligns with corporate brand identity.
- Communicating and working with customers (Hai Thanh, Phuc Khang, Dai Dung, Du Mien Garden...)
- Working as part of a team or independently.
