🟩Began graphic design journey in sophomore year in 2021 as a means of income.
Observed a deficit of graphic designers in Kenya and Africa, prompting a shift to full-time design.
🟪Taught myself Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, and created marketing materials, logos, and website designs in Figma.
🟨Discovered a preference for branding, print design, and general creativity over UI/UX.
First job as a personal brand manager for Bennyhinn Walubengo at Double B Consultancy, serving as the Creatives Lead.
🟥Worked with Nyandusi Nyachae Ministries as the Branding Lead, focusing on discipleship and youth mentorship for African youth.
🟪Assisted a startup with branding and launch, gaining hands-on experience in event design and marketing.
🟧Continued freelancing, offering skills globally to strengthen and expand expertise at an international level.
🟪Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Systems Engineering at Kirinyaga University. -
