Octavio Asensio

Octavio Asensio, Designer – Engineer (1985 Elche, Spain). He studied Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2007. He moved to Madrid and took MA in Industrial Design at the Antonio de Nebrija University in 2008. During his college years he was offered to teach postgraduate courses to which is dedicate since 2006 in several universities and other public and private companies such as the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), combining this with a research work that has allowed him to perform various conferences.

He has worked for several design and architecture studios and produced other works under contract for private clients form different sectors. Throughout this time he has covered a wide range of disciplines such as furniture design, bicycle frames, experimental racing cars, jewelry and decorative pieces among other ones, resulting awarded in several international competitions
