Lead the creative development & project management of the in-house design, advertisement & marketing departments. Growing from a non-existent graphics department to a full in-house operation by mentoring, training & leading all team members in design, management, software & multimedia gear. Worked alongside our developed in-house web team for strategic on-line campaigns ranging from brand web sites, micro sites, web banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media, e-mail blast, etc. Introduced and integrated a versatile standard operating procedure for graphics & web department which added new checks and balances into team work flow, saving the company thousands of dollars.
