Co.Cavan Employed under the FUSION graduate scheme, where my main project is the Design and manufacture of a plastic beer keg. Working with a variety of professionals including injection moulders, blow moulders and metal workers has enriched my knowledge of each process and allowed me to design products efficiently for each discipline. Within this role I have worked with a variety of packages and been able to switch between packages has proven to be beneficial to many others. Design is the main aspect of this role, however I have been involved in the draftsman's role of many parts which are needed manufactured outside the company, I have thoroughly enjoyed this part of the role. Development of the products and testing of prototypes and initial samples have become a lage part of my role to ensure that the product is ready for mainstream manufacture and the post cooling is all available for the product.

My main roles was the maintenance of the restaurant ensuring a high standard of cleaniness and customer satisfaction, working between the bar and the restaurant taught me team work is key and also supervision of new staff and training to ensure their ability within the restaurant. I had responsibility of cashing up and running the restaurant at times when the manager wasn't there.
