The role of the Project Manager was to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Helped manage and coordinate 5 high quality magazines Taiwan Tatler( monthly), Regent Galleria (quarterly), Society (annually), and Tatler Wedding (annually) handling tasks such as managing photo shootings, keep quality design templates and layouts, keep proper relationships with suppliers and printer, report preparation and ongoing projects with the district manager and chef editor.

Create all graphics for the company image that include flyers, website, in-store visuals and point of sale items, signage and graphic design related items. Coordinating with print, media companies, media vehicles, showroom and warehouse in regards to advertising items and products. Planning future promotions and advertised items.
