Ideation, conceptualization, rendering, and presentation of permanent POP displays for cosmetic, health and beauty, beverage, and DIY companies. Working closely with sales, project management, engineering, and estimating to work through the process. Perform retail research to ensure display fits within category and retail specifications.

Conceptual design, ideation, rendering, mockup prototyping, and presenting for corrugated structural design, packaging design, and permanent POP design for both national and global accounts.

I regularly go into different stores to immerse myself in the retail environment, be inspired by new displays and be educated in how the displays are implemented.

While working in a structural design capacity with jobs involving a great deal of common components used in different ways, I worked to create interactive Excel documents allowing me or other other designers to pull specific parts out of our database for ease of use.

For my conceptual blue sky projects, I strive to think differently, but also to think with the end user in mind to either draw attention (thus the message of the display), promote ease of use (shopablity), and ease of implementation in the store.

I utilize and maintain the Makerbot 3D printers in the office.

Worked directly with sales and business development team to create proactive display and packaging concepts for the European market These were in the form of renderings, white samples, and/or full mockups. I also spent time researching the European retail environment, visited trade shows, and spending time in Sonoco's 3 fulfillment plants in Poland.

In this 3rd year student placement, I designed thermoformed food packaging for M&S, Waitros, Morrisons, and other food retailers.

Design and Styling Polaroid digital cameras.

-Worked with a team through process of conceptualising, designing, prototyping, and manufacturing point-of-purchase displays for the consmetic industry.

-Was responsible for the operation and upkeep of a Stratasys Dimension 3D Printer.

Was responsible for creating menus, flyers, posters, and calenders as well as operating and maintaining black and white and color copiers, laminators, and binding machiens. I also performed standard retail duties such as cash register operation, sales, and housekeeping.

This was my after school/summer job during high school. In my down time, I played with and learned Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, which would help me in my scholastic and work pursuits.
