Gratia Health – Case Study Summary
As the lead product designer for Gratia Health, I redesigned the mobile and admin experience for a caregiver rewards platform that was struggling with low engagement and unclear program visibility. I partnered directly with the CEO, engineers, and stakeholders to uncover the root challenges: fragmented communication, limited reward transparency, and low adoption.

Through iterative UX work, I launched a mobile experience that made program tracking and reward redemption seamless, while also leading the overhaul of the admin platform to align with the product’s newly gamified tone. I balanced engineering input with user needs, proposing alternative flows when necessary to maintain both usability and feasibility.

The result was a 59% reduction in contractor spend, a 24% increase in shift pickups, and a 4.8% improvement in retention—clear proof of design driving business outcomes.
