This is a simple weekly tool to set a goal and track your plant intake—quick to use, easy to stick with, and great for seeing what’s working.

Tracking your plant variety helps support gut healing by feeding a wider range of beneficial microbes. The more different plants you eat each week (vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices), the more types of fibre and polyphenols you deliver—helping strengthen the gut lining, improve digestion, and calm the immune response. Over time, this can support lower inflammation and ease symptoms like bloating, irregularity, skin flare-ups, fatigue, and stubborn cravings.
