I work with companies, universities and students around four main levers: BtoB & BtoC customer offer, user journey & user experiences, brand image & positioning, training & methodologies.
My transversal and business-oriented approach applies to companies of all sizes, from the self-employed to the merchant, from the startup to the VSE, from the SME to the industrial leader.
My 20 years of operational experience in the field have also enabled me to build training and educational programs in line with market realities for universities and companies.
My skills can be applied to a global project or to a specific need, in order to meet the varied expectations of my clients.
