From Inception to Completion(Freelance Project)

Assist the Project Manager in drawing issues relevant to a certain project.

-Work closely with the Construction Manager to resolve design issues that may arise in the actual construction.

-Work hand in hand with the company's Business Development Executive Personnel in presenting proposals through presentation drawings for approval from the client.

-Assist the Project Supervisor and Site Foreman in interpreting Construction Drawings.

-Responsible for all the CAD Drafting/Design works of the Company.

-Associate Designer and in charge in the preparation of Schematics and Design Development Presentation Drawings and Rendered Sketches for Review and Discussion of the Firm’s Principal and Project Architects.

-Coordinates with the Firm’s Drafters during the Construction Documentation Phase, and do Periodic project site supervision to ensure that the agreed design intent and concept will be accomplished.

-Attends meeting with the Client together with the Project Architect regarding the Design Concepts and Planning of a certain project.

-Answers queries from Contractors: Request for Information, Details and Sample Approvals, and Approval of Shop Drawings.

-Does Periodic project site supervision to ensure that the agreed design intent and concept will be accomplished.

-Responsible for the Architectural & Interior Design including the preparation of the Construction Documents, and its construction supervision with the Principal Architect's approval.

-Responsible in translating the Firm's established architectural style into reality through quick sketches alongside with the Principal Architect.

-The Firm's Project Specialization are:Contemporary Designs for Small Houses, Modern Asian Residences, Mid-Rise Buildings, Condominiums, Housing, Facade Renovations, and Architectural Interiors.

-Present conceptual sketches and renderings for the Principal Architect's immediate approval of a certain project schemes.

-In charge of the preparation of Schematics, Design Development, of an assigned project with the supervision of the Principal Architect.

-In charge of the Presentaion Drawings(prelimenary studies/concepts)for the Principal Architect's presentation to the clients.

-Coordinates with the Firm’s Drafters during the Construction Documentation Phase, and do Periodic project site supervision to ensure that the agreed design intent and concept will be accomplished.

-The Firm's Project Specialization are: Asian Contemporary Residences, Tropical Beach Houses, Mid-Rise Buildings, Condominiums,and Bungalows.
