Short Film Winner - New Amsterdam 48 Hour Film Project: It's Your Town
This was a passion project. A crew of like-minded creatives and myself competed in the New Amsterdam Vodka "It's Your Town" Film Series. As a competition, crews were given exactly 48 hours to learn about the topic - creativity in your home town - and create documentary-style film about it. It was a nationwide film festival with hundreds of entries from every state. Our film, Creating Detroit, swept the big awards, including Best of Show. It went on to premier with five other short films at Graumann's Chinese Theater in Hollywood.
