Researched customer's needs in a nationwide company store promotional program directed at YMCA's of USA. Developed and maintained a database of over 4,000 contacts to market targeted products to. Created a company store Website to host products online to allow for 24 hour online shopping. www.ableadv.com Photographed and masked hundreds of items to use in online and mail-out advertising. Contacted customers with monthly specials through the use of Constant Contact. My efforts helped to generate over $200,000 worth of sales with a single repeat customer within four months. My efforts increased new customer volume by 66% and increased revenue by 36% from previous year. Set the groundwork to potentially double customer base and revenue for next year.

Coordinated with customers. Created, refined, and edited approved art using CorelDraw. Digitized art for embroidery machines using Tajima DG/ML. Produced swatches using Melco and Tajima single-heads, and tweaked design until perfect. Updated database daily using Access database to reflect production work flow. Created, managed, and maintained over 12,000 files. Worked closely with production as liaison between customer’s expressed goals and production’s capacity. Worked in production to produce large and small quantities of items on multi-head Tajima machines. Responsible for receiving blank goods and supplies and reconciling them against the receiving list.

Worked independently as a digitizer for screen print and embroidery companies all across the country. Experienced with Melco EDS III and Tajima DG/ML by Pulse digitizing software and CorelDraw. Handled all chores of the company, including invoicing, receiving, payroll, taxes. Created, refined, and edited art into approved format in order to be digitized. Worked closely with customers through each step of the design, sending proofs for approval. Through the help of many referrals, I digitized designs for over 70 different embroidery business across the country including LL Bean, Bostrom Seating, Standard Textiles.
