STUDIO MANAGER - Management and coordination of the in-house design/artwork team. Managing workflow through the team ensuring all products hit deadline while maximising efficiency of resource. Hands-on packaging design,
logo/branding design, photo retouching and creation of internal communication assets. Oversee design and artwork of the US/UK anglicisation process within the team. Team development included setting quarterly objectives, personal development plans and yearly reviews. Oversee artwork/design submissions from external agencies to ensure brand, template and quality control before print. I encouraged open communication with the Project Management team to assure a positive relationship where communication is crystal clear and marketing objectives are met at the highest level.
DESIGNER - Partnering with the Design Manager to build an in-house design resource for EA Europe; we managed game packaging from initial brief to final artwork, POS, sell-sheets, promotional marketing assets and branding projects. Anglicisation of designs from US to UK templates adhering to all third party and legal requirements. Manage approvals on all language packaging and associated documentation. Template management (EA/third party) ensuring correct usage by internal/external design resources. Lead schedule meetings between Project Management and Design team.
CREATIVE ARTWORKER - Artworking of packaging; high volume workload and scheduling for European territories.
GRAPHIC COORDINATOR - General hand for PM’s to organise, archive and advise anything graphic related.
