Myself, Prasanta Kundan Gautam who was a software engineer by education and profession.

My love with cars and automobiles dates back to my growing up years. However, as fate would have it, I pursued a different stream of education than what my love was. The boy who gazed endlessly into the pages of Autocar was groomed into software professional who dealt with the iterations and exceptions of codes. Nevertheless, the heart never ceased its romance with cars. Perhaps it was this liking of mine that drew me instinctively towards robotics during my study days, where I used to be involved in model preparation.

All said and done, the actual breakthrough in materializing my long lost dreams came when I was selected for the Post Graduation Automotive Design course at DYPDC. My date with cars had been set and the fledgling dreams I had, struggled to break free and fly. Now here I am, romancing car designs and learning the subtle intricacies of designing them. Learning and mastering the art and craft of automotive designing shall be a life-long expedition since learning has no end to itself.

I believe integrating the new found skills with the engineering mind I already possess shall bring out the balanced designer in me.
