Leading a multi-disciplinary team of interaction and visual designers committed to developing the next generation publishing system for both web and mobile devices. Playing a key role as the lead Product Manager and working closely with other PM’s to create and maintain the vision of the products throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Working on a Proof Of Concept engagement between American Express and Microsoft. Got to work on the all new redesign of Microsoft Office, a more flat, modern, minimal design that goes by the name of Metro Design.

Leading the design of an all new CRM online cloud based suite of products ranging from contacts, project management, time management and payroll. Basically, creating all Sage products ACT!, Peachtree Accounting, SalesLogix, Timeslips on to web and mobile applications. Creating wireframes, site architecture maps, UX research, creating personas, on site interviews, usability testing, coding HTML5 and CSS3. Working within an Agile Scrum environment with two week sprint sessions.

Joined the team to lead interactive user experiences, interaction design and usability across all web products and mobile applications. Working within the UX team in collaboration with product managers, marketing, visual design and development team in the execution of all user experience deliverables such as high-fidelity wireframes, UI design, iconography, user interaction journeys, site maps, transaction flows and full documentation of UX requirements.

Developed user-centered solutions by working with Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Sr. Managers, Directors and VP’s on building a fully functional software application. Creating wireframes, site maps, task flows, UI designs and building a prototype demo in Flash.

Creating visual designs that address business, market, user requirements, brand strategy development for complex interactive initiatives including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography and user interface elements.

Lead team creative direction meetings in order to achieve complex design solutions through brainstorming process and working closely with the usability testing engineer in turning design problems into solutions.

Develop and design strategies from concept to completion. Supervising designers to meet design style guide through out the process of the projects. Arranging day-to-day meetings in order to achieve maximum communication between teams.

Producing interactive, usable and dynamic Flash interfaces through a unique combination of graphic design sensibilities and ActionScript programming.

Taking charge and participating in all stages of web site design process from concepts, functional prototypes, creative visioning and storyboarding to information architecture, template design, coding, to final assembly through image and Flash production.

Using Flash in the development of interactive online solutions from their conceptualization stage to completion. I was heavily involved in the creative development and the design process by working hand-in-hand with graphic designers and developers.

Concept designed and implemented interactive design solutions while working closely with the creative director, project manager and front end developers.

Working independently and as a team with software developers and programmers to design and develop web based applications and e-commerce solutions, such as shopping carts, B2B applications, extranets and intranets.
