Vodafone Tales - Abbeys Bronze, 2009

Vodafone enabled the Happy to Help philosophy by encouraging its call centre employees to give an account of how they delighted customers. Thousands of stories poured in. The best 30 were shortlisted for Vodafone Tales. A book in which we illustrated each and every service champion like a hero from fairy tale and told their stories, emphasizing on their Happy to Help spirit.
