Worked as Flight Steward for 2 .5 year. During this tenure, my roles and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Planning, strategizing, and implementing strategies with demonstrated success in handling cabin requirement in a flight.
Managing teams to work in synchronization with the objectives & motivating them for achieving team and individual goals.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Leading and coordinating the team in case of an extreme crisis to manage all the passengers and taking responsibility of their well-being during the entire course of a flight.
Pressure handling and decision making during the crucial times in a flight.
