Under the Microscope - This hand dyed, hand printed, hand stitched, & hand woven piece was inspired by the word "Palimpsest". Defined as writings which have been erased to leave room for later work, yet traces of the original work remain. I chose to define it as bacteria which grows & can be destroyed, yet leaves a scar, which can be on ongoing process.
