Create seasonal print & yarn dye CADs across all global product segmentations including Men's Tops, Bottoms & Swimwear, & Women's Tops & Bottoms. * Review handlooms & strike offs to ensure color & layout accurately match back to CADs & original inspiration. * Calibrate Pantone & CSI colors to seasonal palettes. * Color pitch CADs to seasonal palette. * Build seasonal looks & palettes in Flex PLM. * Design mill packs for print & fabric development. * Work cross functionally with design, product development & merchandising teams to ensure development is created in a timely manner. * Assist global affiliates with CAD & color representation across seasonal developments.

Worked with pan-brand wovens team designers to determine seasonal fabric selections. * Collaborated with field team overseas to source, design & develop new fabrics. * Sent mill packages for new yarn dye developments. * Tracked all fabric developments to ensure timely deliveries. * Reviewed strike offs and yarn dye handlooms to ensure bulk standards were met. * Met with fabric mills to determine seasonal fabric selections & trends. * Worked with PI Team to ensure fabrics met Levi Strauss & Dockers testing standards.

Worked in conjunction with the Fabric Director to develop the Fabric Department from the ground up. * Collaborated with both the knits and wovens team designers to determine monthly fabric selections. * Worked with agents overseas to source, design & develop new fabrics. * Developed denim washes. * Ensured fabric development spec sheets were accurately completed & met J.Jill testing standards * Met with fabric mills to determine seasonal fabrics & trends. * Created & maintained fabric library.

Hand printed yardage & pillows. * Designed & printed lookbook for showrooms & customers. * Printed sample swatches for customers.

Created & installed store displays for home & apparel at the Flagship Store with a strong focus on textile design. * Assisted in completion of visual objectives for the retail floor & display windows. * Upheld the overall aesthetic of the store with the display & apparel merchandisers.
