Non-Profit Luxury Residential Turnkey projects in India and in the US.

Project in India:
A Residential condo, non-profit freelance project in India designed within 3400sft. Overall project duration from Research, Design and Execution is 1.6 years. The project is aimed to design for aging in place with a detailed attention to the clients safety and comfort. As the clients are nature lovers with a realization of the importance of biophilic design during covid, this project is aimed to connect outdoors to indoors for wellness and tranquility. The clients are more inclined to a right balance fusing Contemporary (simple lines) and Neo-classical design interiors (paneling, molding, fluted glass, wall paintings, etc.). The plan comprises of Entry foyer, Drawing room, Living room, Pooja room (To worship), 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Dining room, Two balconies, Kitchen with utility room. My role in this project: Design Research, Concept development, Space planning, Electrical, RCP, Kitchen & Wardrobe Design, Lighting, Art Consultant, FF&E, Furniture Design, Furnishings, Client and Vendor communications.

Project in US:
A Mid-century Modern home designed in 2300sft (two floors) for a young couple. A freelance project with a total duration of 6 months for Research, Design, and Execution. This non-profit project is aimed at creating memories of togetherness for the couple in their new home. They wanted the space to be soothing, earthy with a touch of Mid-century (clean and simple lines). Few elements of Mid-century modern that reflected their togetherness is using geometry (spheres and triangles) around the space. The plan comprises of Foyer, Study/work room, Home theatre/Multi-purpose room, Kitchen, Dining, Family room, Patio, three bed rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. My role in this project: Design Research, Concept development, Space planning, Interior Design, Interior Decoration, Lighting, Art Consultant, FF&E, Furnishings, Client and Vendor communications.

Assisted in full life cycle projects. Generated creative design solutions within the functional parameters of project. Translated concepts and information into images. Participated in the process of exploring and completing useable construction document detailing solutions. Assisted with contract administration responsibilities. coordinated with a variety of consultants. Interacted regularly and successfully with a variety of clients.

Work with project teams on Senior Living projects from pre-schematic phase through construction documents, perform FF&E specifications and custom millwork detailing, create construction and program documents, preparation for and participate in client personalities and casework, work on furniture and finish selection/specs and budgeting, complete space planning, test fitting exercises, site visits, and ensure documents are consistent with the firm's commitment to design and quality.

Involved in design of residential and commercial projects. The work includes client meetings, site visits, space planning, construction documents, FF&E selections, and renderings.

Involved in construction documents, FF&E selections and specifications for Hospitality design.

Completed teaching assistantship for interior design studio-I under head of interior design department Prof. Khoi Vo. Assisted him to correct student's residential design work ideas, corrected quizzes based on residential codes and standards, and also taught a software - Indesign, to better assist students to design their final presentation boards.

Involved in both residential and commercial projects. The work
included FF & E specifications, finish schedules, attending meetings, schematic designing, and producing design documents in AutoCAD. Produced finished rendering by using Revit, Photoshop, and 3ds Max.

Commissioned few originals in mixed media and on orders in different mediums on canvas

Design Square is one of the renowned Interior Designing firms in India. During the term, I was promoted from Jr. Design coordinator to Senior Design coordinator. I have done various designs for themed residences, farm houses, restaurants, hotels, hospitals etc. I also mentored junior designers and contributed to the work done by them. I was immersed in prospective client meetings, site analysis, space planning, construction documentation, 3ds Max rendering, and material selection.

Lussoitalia is a well known Italian furniture brand (India) specializing in kitchens, wardrobes and lifestyle accessories. I designed many user friendly modular kitchens of different styles like contemporary, classical fusion etc., and these designs were highly appreciated by many customers. I was also involved in marketing of my designs directly to the customers suggesting the appropriate designs based on their home themes.

Creative studio is an interior designing and architectural firm in India. I independently handled designs including a European styled living room and a barrier free Preschool. Also, participated in site visits and prepared construction drawings.
