Lead meetings with suppliers and marketing teams. Developed secondary and tertiary packaging for Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj fragrances. Managed line trials and package testing on behalf of the package development team. Compiled information for and wrote a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the evaluation of panoplies. Presented data from testing and line trials to upper management and proposed innovative solutions for high-risk package projects.

- Packaging Co-op Utilized Toyota Business Practice (TBP) and Toyota Production System (TPS). Conducted research on current Toyota racks in order to find the most effective designs and re-evaluate standards. Collected packaging drawings from fabricators, ensured that they followed the Toyota template, and uploaded them to a database.
